Our Design Services
The perfect starting point for the DIY gardener who needs expert direction on a focal point or homeowners ready for a landscape makeover or rehab.
*The consultation fee will be applied as credit towards a design package if booked within 30 days
Duration: 1-hour on-site consultation or 1-hour nursery visit to help you choose for your own planting
The Design: A basic 2D line map of your designated area
The Art: A generalized professional recommendation for up to 5 plant species perfectly suited for your soil and light or applied as credit to any design package

The Courtyard Sketch (Consultation & Quick Plan)
Best for: Historic downtown St. Augustine homes or small patio spaces
What’s Included:
• 1-hour on-site "Garden Walk" to discuss vision, drainage, and light, area expectations, etc.
• A digital 2D line map of one specific area (e.g., front entrance), plus 3d digital rendering of mature landscape
• A "Artist’s Palette" list of 5–10 recommended Florida-friendly plants
Plus a digital generalized Care Plan for your new landscape plan to keep it healthy & beautiful after installation
• Revisions: None
Price: $350
The Coastal Canvas (Full Residential Design)
Best for: Standard suburban lots front or back yard, new or existing or single medium area refreshes
What’s Included:
• 1-hour on-site "Garden Walk" to discuss vision, drainage, and light, area expectations, etc
Full site analysis (soil check and sun-mapping)
• Digital or hand-rendered 2D Master Plan & digital 3D rendering of mature landscape
• Comprehensive Plant Schedule (quantities, sizes, and care instructions)
• Revisions: One round of artistic revisions
• Price: $750
Complete "Oasis Planning" for the client who wants a cohesive, professional estate feel.
What’s Included:
Full property design (Front, Back, and Side yards)
The Design: Professional digital 2D Master Oasis Plan, plus digital 3d rendering of mature landscape
The Art: Holistic landscape curation including "Oasis" flow and structural plant layering.
Revisions: Includes 1 Partial Revision (Specifically for the addition/integration of a water feature or for minor plant swaps)
Price: $1,500
The Masterpiece (Concierge Planning & Curation)
Best for: High-end estates, waterfront properties, or clients who want zero stress.
What’s Included:
• Multi-zone Master Plan (Front, Back, and Sides).
• Material selection (pots, pavers, and garden art).
Installation Concierge: I will source licensed contractors to do installation. Scope and cost of installation contract will be separate from the design fee, and will vary by project.
Plant Curation: I personally visit the nursery to hand-select the "Best in Show" specimens for your garden.
Placement Day: I spend 4 hours on-site during your installation to ensure every plant is positioned perfectly for the best aesthetic

My name is Christine Jordan, and for me, a garden is more than just a collection of plants—it’s a living canvas. I believe that life is art and should be lived as such.
My journey began not in the dirt, but in the pages of books. A childhood passion for reading sparked a lifelong obsession with Botany, leading me to study Horticulture starting in high school and ultimately earning my *Master Gardener certification in 2008.

We don’t just "plant pretty things." With Master Gardener expertise and a background in Horticulture, every species we recommend is chosen for its ability to thrive in your specific micro-climate, soil type, and sun exposure.

Drawing from 20 years of professional design experience, we apply the principles of scale, color theory, and balance to the natural world. Our goal is to create a visual "flow" that complements your home’s architecture and draws the eye exactly where it belongs.
3. Heritage & Hands-On Knowledge
Gardening is in our blood. We value the practical, time-tested wisdom passed down through generations of "subsistence gardeners." This means we understand the grit and hard work required to make a garden grow, not just how it looks on a screen.

We have no "signature style" to impose. Instead, we use our technical knowledge to act as a conduit for your vision. We listen first, then design a space that feels like a natural extension of your personality and lifestyle.

We respect the Florida landscape. Whenever possible, we prioritize Florida-friendly and native species that support local pollinators and require fewer resources, ensuring your garden gives back to the earth as much as it gives to you.
